• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the price is locked for that transaction.

3. Payment

• We accept payments via payfast.
• All payments must be made in full before production begins unless a prior arrangement is agreed upon.

4. Lead Time

• Our standard lead time for custom orders is 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation, excluding public holidays and weekends.
• Lead times may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, or emergency requests. Any changes to the lead time will be communicated promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship nationally within South Africa. International shipping may be available on request.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
• Savage Apparel is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.
• Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully and report any damages or discrepancies within 7 days.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Custom-made items are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or replacement.
• Returns for standard non-custom items may be accepted under specific conditions. Please contact us for more information.

• We strive for the highest standards of quality in all of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
